Renowned for his refined, hyper‑seasonal approach to Pacific Northwest cuisine, Chef Tekulve brings his signature artistry to this one‑night‑only estate experience.
The menu showcases local, micro‑seasonal ingredients that guide guests on a vibrant culinary journey inspired by Washington’s diverse terroir. Each course is thoughtfully paired with Hedges wines for a beautifully balanced and immersive evening.
The Music
When Al Ortiz is not playing bass with Stevie Nicks on tour, he plays guitar and sings in his home area of Scottsdale, Arizona. Since Al is friends with Tom and Anne-Marie Hedges, he’s flying in to put on a private show for guests out on the front lawn of the chateau after dinner.

Welcome and check-in starts at 5:30. We’ll have some wine and light appetizers on the patio, then all sit down for dinner. After dinner and dessert, Al will start his show so you can savor the evening views - and of course more wine!
