THE FINE PRINT
Upon enrollment in the Hedges Wine Club, you are committing to a minimum of two allocations. There is an early cancellation fee of $50 if you decide to cancel before the two-allocation minimum is reached. To cancel your club membership please call 1.509.588.3155 or email club@hedgesfamilyestate.com.
AGE DISCLAIMER
I verify that I am at least 21 years of age. I give Hedges Family Estate permission to charge wine club shipments to my credit card on file. I understand that wine shipments must be received and signed for by an adult over 21.
SHIPMENTS & BILLING
You will be notified of upcoming allocations before we charge your credit card. And your card will be charged approximately 2 weeks before the ship date for both the Spring and Fall allocations.
You are responsible for being available to sign for your shipment. If a shipment is returned to the winery, one additional attempt will be made to deliver your shipment at no additional cost. Any subsequent shipment costs will be charged to your credit card on file.
All wine shipments will take place in April/May for the Spring wines and September/October for the Fall wines. However, due to the unpredictability of weather shipment times may vary.
WINE PICK UP
We will hold your wine for up to 60 days. After 60 days we will contact you to discuss pickup or shipping options. Your card will be charged for any shipping expenses.
