Award winning chef Dave Adlard from the acclaimed Candle in the Woods, near Coeur d’Alene Idaho, taught this “hands on” class with an Italian theme, with several delicious dishes, all paired with Hedges’ outstanding wines - a wonderful afternoon of cooking and wine! It was so popular we had to do two!
