Brats and all things bubbles! We are changing it up a bit from wine and pairing Ice Harbor beers with a variety of brats, sauerkrauts, cheeses and breads! Brent Goedhart, brewer at Ice Harbor Brewing Company and Sarah Goedhart our winemaker, bread baker and sauerkraut maker will present unique and delicious pairings. We will also have our local sauerkraut guru Brian with Beyond Pickles showing off some of his fermented creations and talking about the benefits of eating fermented foods!
