Fast & Curryous Cooking Class

In this class you will be guided through the steps of making saag paneer, a healthy spinach-based curry with a medium blend of spices. You will learn how to make paneer (a fresh cheese), spice blends, curry sauce, and naan flatbread with plenty of opportunities for hands on experience. We will then sit down with a plate of freshly made saagpaneer, naan, and a flight of Hedges wine to determine good wine pairings for this type of dish. At the end of the class you will receive a slab of paneer, a packet of spices, recipes, and a bottle of wine to help you easily recreate this experience at home.
